THE RESIDENCE HOTEL POLICY

1. Check in time is 2pm. Residents are required to vacate their room no later than 12 noon on the day of departure. Any departure after noon will be taken as one day extended stay.

2. We welcome extended stays. Guests who need to depart prior to their reservation end date should contact Front Desk before 11 am of the departure date. However an accommodation is subject to availability.

3.Residents are urged to remember to return their keys each and every time they leave the Hotel.

5. All not checked in visitors must be vacated from the Hotel by 10 pm. Visiting hours are between 7 am – 10 pm

6. Hotel may refuse to provide accommodation in the following circumstances:
– When guest in the past caused damage to property or other hotel’s guest and staff or broke one of the hotel policies.

7. All complaints about the service provided by our Hotel should be directed  to the Front Desk

8. Nocturnal silence is from 10 pm – 6 am. During this time the guest using the hotel services should not disturb other guests.

9. Due to fire safety matters devices such as space heaters, irons and other electrical equipment apart from the standard facilities available in each room under no circumstances should be used. This policy does not apply to telephone chargers and computer equipment. It’s forbidden to throw out the cigarettes butts and used matches into the garbage can. Any flammable materials or chemical substances with unpleasant odor should not be kept in the room. Smoking is permitted only in the designated smoking sections.

10. For reasons of economy and safety, radiators, heaters, water taps, and any electrical devices must not be left switched on, windows must be closed or blocked in empty rooms or overnight. In an event of storm or any other bad weather conditions.

11. Guest is responsible for any damages caused to the hotel property. Hotel guests should protect hotel property from damage. Failure to obey these rules can results in fees or fines to cover hotel room damages and immediately removal from the hotel.

12. All personal belongings left in the room by the guest upon leaving. Will be returned to the owner and send away under given address on guest cost. All found items are kept in the Hotel only for 3 months then donated to charity or to the public use.

16. Cancellation Policy.
– The full deposit will be refund when cancellation made no later than 6 weeks before scheduled arrival(100% of taken deposit + 30 Pln of handling cost deduction )
– The 50 % of the deposit will be refund when cancellation made no later than 4 weeks before scheduled arrival (50 % of taken deposit + 30 Pln of  handling cost deduction)
– Non refundable deposit when cancellation made 2 weeks before scheduled arrival

17. Mini –Bar Service is not free of charge. Product prices list can be found in informational brochure placed in the bed room or available at the Front Desk.

18. Housekeeping service available upon request. Guest needs to inform Front Desk or hang the message card outside the bedroom’s door
